Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of LobbyID and its related services (the "Service"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Eligibility & Accounts

You may use the Service only if you are authorized by your property or organization to do so. Property staff create accounts and assign roles and sites. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for activity under your account.

The Service

LobbyID is a security-first visitor, vendor, and front-desk platform providing check-in, vendor compliance, guard tours, camera and door integrations, incident reporting, and audit trails. We may modify or discontinue features with reasonable notice.

SMS Messaging Terms

By providing your mobile number and enabling text alerts — in your profile (hosts) or at check-in (guests) — you consent to receive transactional SMS related to visitor arrivals and walking directions. You also agree that:

• Message frequency is occasional and transactional; you will not receive marketing or promotional texts.
• Standard message and data rates from your mobile carrier may apply.
• You may opt out at any time by replying STOP or UNSUBSCRIBE; reply HELP for support.
• We are not liable for delivery failures, delays, or formatting caused by your carrier or messaging provider.
• You are responsible for ensuring the mobile number you provide is correct and that you are authorized to receive messages on it.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the Service, including by:

• Submitting false, misleading, or unlawful information.
• Attempting to access data or features outside your assigned role or site.
• Using the Service to harassing, defame, or harm any person.
• Interfering with or disrupting the Service or its infrastructure.

Intellectual Property

The Service, including its software, branding, and content, is owned by LobbyID and its licensors and is protected by applicable laws. Data you submit remains yours; you grant us a license to process it solely to provide the Service.

Trademarks

"LobbyID," the LobbyID name and logo, and related product names, logos, and marks are trademarks of LobbyID. All other product, service, and company names referenced in the Service are the property of their respective owners. Nothing on the Service grants any right or license to use any trademark, service mark, or trade name without the owner's prior written consent.

Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available." To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties and are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for lost profits or data, arising from your use of the Service. You use security features such as do-not-admit lists, screening, and patrol logs as aids, not as guarantees of safety.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms or to protect the Service. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends; some provisions (including these Terms' surviving clauses) remain in effect.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time; the "Last updated" date above reflects the most recent revision.
